Momentum’s 16u program provides opportunity to discover and further develop a love for training, competition, and sport. Volleyball skills and tactics are developed in a team environment in combination with physical, mental/emotional, and ongoing life skills.
The program will provide the opportunity for athletes to come together in a learning environment to navigate the competition season.

Training dates for invited athletes are as follows:

• Thursday, Dec 4 – Stelly’s Secondary, 6:15–8:00 PM

• Saturday, Dec 6 – Royal Oak Middle School, 10:30 AM–12:30 PM

Selection Camps
Important: Momentum Volley 16u has limited roster spots remaining for the 2026 season. Interested athletes will be asked to register through our “expression of interest” form. Athletes will be invited to training sessions in December where they will undergo assessment. This will also be a great opportunity for the athlete to assess the Momentum Volley 18u program to determine if it’s the right fit for them.
We will communicate in advance the opportunities that exist for the 2026 season, but are also interested in athletes that bring a unique skill set that may contribute to the team. This, in combination with a desire to improve in a competitive training environment.

Season ESTIMATE- Club Fee does not include Volleyball BC & Volleyball Canada membership fees. These fees are separate from Momentum Volley club fees.
