Momentum MASS was created to bring active youth together in a positive and enriching environment. The program has an emphasis on fun and focuses on acquiring fundamental sports skills to support athletic and volleyball-specific development.

Our selection camps have concluded for the 2025 indoor club season.
Training Schedule
January to Spring Break
Saturdays 10:30-12:00 @ Royal Oak Middle
Sundays 12:00-1:30 @ Royal Oak Middle
* note: past experience has taught us that during the middle school season weekdays are busy and already packed with volleyball.
April to End of season
Sundays 10:30-12:00 @ Royal Oak Middle
Tuesdays 6:30-8:00 @ Esquimalt High School
2025 Competition Calendar
Please note: We focus on in-house competition and staying “local” for the majority of the season. This is not the stage of development that requires extensive travel commitments for the sake of competition.
Known competition dates.
- February 22-23 – Volleyball BC Super Spike @ Victoria
- April 12-13 – Volleyball BC Island Championships @ TBD (1 day event… date tbc by Volleyball BC)
- April 25-28 – Volleyball BC Provincial Championships @ Abbotsford (dependent on parent interest/support)
* if teams do not compete at the Provincial Championships the season will conclude at the Island Championships.

Indoor Club
- 2025 Club Fee does not include Volleyball BC & Volleyball Canada membership fees. These fees are separate from Momentum Volley club fees.
