Momentum MASS was created to bring active youth together in a positive and enriching environment. The program has an emphasis on fun and focuses on acquiring fundamental sports skills to support athletic and volleyball-specific development.

Sundays 12:00-1:30 @ Royal Oak Middle
Thusdays 6:30-8:00 @ Stelly’s
note: there may be a switch of the weekday practice into Victoria following Spring Break.
2026 Competition Calendar
Please note: We focus on Victoria & Vancouver Island based competition and staying “local” for the majority of the season. This is not the stage of development that requires extensive travel commitments for the sake of competition.
Known competition dates – 2026 Indoor (additional playday and tournament dates to be added).
- Feb 14 – Regional Event – 1 day – Comox
- Mar 14 – Regional Event – 1 day – Campbell River
- Apr 4-5 – Regional Championships – location tbd
- Apr 17-20 – Provincial Championships (2 days, dates & location tbd – likely Richmond or Abbotsford)
* if a team does not compete at the Provincial Championships the season will conclude at the Island Championships. note: we strongly support participating in the Provincial Championships.
